Book history, reception history, genre studies, ukiyo-e and Japanese arts and crafts are my main areas of research.
Besides reading, I also like to play board games, drink tea and brew my own beer. I collect everything from fountain pens to Lego, and spend a lot of time cataloging my hoards.
