Valerie Noll, CPLP, has more than 16 years experience designing & delivering training, with a special focus on adult learning and military audiences. Valerie has been certified by ASTD as a Professional in Learning & Performance for over four years, since the inception of the program. When she isn’t at the office, Valerie provides life coaching, and champions the CPLP and its profound contribution to the Learning & Performance profession. Her enthusiasm for learning and passion for gaming have fused in the collaborative universe of Massive Multiplayer Online Games, specifically World of Warcraft. She believes learning can be found anywhere, if only you seek it out. Whether developing training for leaders, teaching a client to better understand themselves and improve their life, or tutoring other World of Warcraft players in leadership and teamwork skills, she challenges herself constantly, and shares her passion for learning with everyone she meets.
