I did my graduation from IIT Delhi(1987) and Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics from LIBA Chennai(2007).Worked five years in the BHEL (1987-92)and more than fifteen years in the Customs department(1992-2007).Currently developing e-taxation portal and practicing as an Indirect Tax Consultant in the area of Customs, Excise and Service Tax.

Brief work experience: I was actively involved in design and implementation of Risk Management System of Customs ,EDI, Assessment and Examination of import and export goods ,Refund, Export incentive schemes,Special Valuation( Transfer price) and project import ,while working in Customs department.

Tendered advise to various industrial and commercial association such as MAIT(Manufacturer,s Association of IT industry),Panipat Exporters Association ,All India Federation of Cottage Match Manufacturers' Association and also represented Customs department at Madras Chamber of Commerce & Industry(MCCI).

Some of the Fortune companies ,like, Toyota, Hyndai,DHL,Caterpillar, Ericsson,Unisys and L&T ; I have done cosulting assignments on Customs compliance,cenvat credit,refunds , Customs clearance under export schemes and managing supply chain for TIL.
