I entered inside Usability domain progressively elaborated from a core design, UI/UX Development and from development to managing multiple technical teams of Elearning, Accessibility, Usability & RIA. Coming from an Aeronautical Technical Engineering background and having worked on Pawan Hans Helicopters for a brief time, moved to IT with passion on creative web development 26 years before and never looked back forging ahead on Web Technologies and onto Program Management. Flexibility and technical expertise have enabled me to diversify my global work experience on IT.

My experience started as a Web Designer from a small organization moved to corporate handling web design & development for Major clients like McDonalds UK, Jarvis, Visit Britin, UK Govt etc at Netdecisions & Agilisys. I was involved in the successful implementation of Accessibility WCAG for the UK Govt and have managed large projects in eLearning domain, Nissan Automotive on the Usability space with RIA & 3D and the intranet site of Qatar petroleum. I am PMP & CSM Certified and hold certifications in HTML, Homesite, Project Management & Macromedia Flash 5 from Technology certification bodies.

Stepped up leading engineering teams and managing delivery for releases. Handled the role of Project / Program Management and Portfolio Management with key teams and Critical Initiatives. Have a wide experience on E2E Program management for the Payments, Risk and Consumer Domains in Executing E2E Program Management with Multiple Agile Scrum teams and Cross Domain teams in successful implementation of Programs and initiatives across Revenue, Compliance and Regulatory areas
