My Objective: Program Development, Coordination, and Administration ... especially in a people-oriented organization where there is a need to assure broad cooperative effort through the use of sound planning, strong administration, skills of persuasion to achieve goals. Preferably in Middle/ Upper Level of Management.

I am basically a BSc graduate with a full time PG degree in Business Administration. Though I did specialize in Personnel/ HR Management, I developed strong interest towards Tech Writing initially and then transitioned to full time Knowledge Management in the broader areas of Project and Implementation Management.

I have worked on several Knowledge Management/ Implementation Projects starting from scratch and hence can handle end to end knowledge transfers and implementation while working with the project team.

Additionally, being a full time Steady State Knowledge Manager, I did work on migration of tools from SC to ITSM or new ITSM implementation. I am currently in the Knowledge Management and Problem Management integrated area at Cisco and helping to streamline the existing PM/ KM processes.

I would like to be a Program Manager working in the Knowledge Management/ Problem Management area some day soon.
