Ravindra Nikam

Ravindra is a software professional with 8 years of experience in IT industry. He has been involved in Requirement analysis, problem solving, designing, developing and enhancements in the applications; modify existing applications to meet user’s changing needs; and providing clarifications and support to the business users as necessary. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Java and related technologies; he has played key role in design and development of his projects.

Ravindra has been actively participated in scrum calls and other agile process activities with the team and client. He has worked on assignments and a variety of projects in the BFS and insurance space living through the entire SDLC.
