Ravneet Chowdhury is a philanthropist, business executive, and community leader whose work focuses on healthcare advocacy, education, and social responsibility. Based in South Florida, she is actively involved in her family’s wellness and beauty business, overseeing corporate operations, compliance, and international business management across the United States and Latin America. Her work in both business and philanthropy has contributed to initiatives that support communities across two continents.

Ravneet is widely recognized for leading the Chowdhury Family Foundation, which has raised millions of dollars for children’s healthcare, educational programs, women’s empowerment, and humanitarian efforts in the United States, Colombia, India, and Nepal. In addition to her foundation work, she is a member of YPO Miami, serves on the Board of Directors of the Florida Grand Opera, and remains active in charitable fundraising and community development throughout South Florida.

Born and educated in India, Ravneet later established her professional career in the United States. She attended the Convent of Jesus and Mary in New Delhi and later studied at Lady Shri Ram College for Women in Delhi. After moving to the United States, she continued her education at the University of Miami before pursuing legal studies at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. She later became a member of the Florida Bar, building a legal background that strengthened her work in corporate governance, compliance, and nonprofit oversight.

A major part of Ravneet's work has been the leadership and development of the Chowdhury Family Foundation. Through the foundation, she has supported programs focused on healthcare, education, women’s empowerment, and community services. Many of these efforts have centered on helping children and families in Miami-Dade County through partnerships with nonprofit organizations, healthcare institutions, and local leaders.

Her philanthropic efforts also extend internationally. The foundation supports an orphanage in Colombia and promotes educational opportunities for girls in India and Nepal. She believes that improving access to education for girls can create long-term positive change for future generations.

Healthcare advocacy has remained central to her work. Ravneet has supported organizations that provide medical care for children, including those facing complex or rare conditions. She served on the board of Miami Children’s Hospital from 2010 to 2019, and later served as Board Chair. During this period, she attended the Diamond Ball when Miami Children’s Health System officially became Nicklaus Children’s Health System.

Ravneet Chowdhury has also supported organizations serving vulnerable communities in South Florida, including Camillus House, which provides housing, healthcare, counseling, rehabilitation services, and support for thousands of individuals and families each year.
