Teaching Cambridge International IGCSE & A Level ICT, Compute Science & Accounting Subjects, also working with Cloud Computing and adapted teaching trough wikis and blogs and modern game-based learning, inquiry-based learning, project-based learning & flipped learning methods, Developed curriculum content for class in online, some are made public and many are for private use. Prepared a series of several podcasting & screen castings to help students of special needs and gifted students as well. Preparing and leading students to be involved in global collaborative educational projects like Connect with China using several digital tools. I implemented iPod’s program, maker space with programmable mobile gadgets, robotics & drones in our school. I enjoyed and celebrated my student’s success when they became Cambridge Outstanding Students in China in the years 2011, 2013 & 2014. My students got acceptance and admitted in popular universities in USA, UK, Canada & Australia.

As HOD organizing departmental resources, supervising, helping teachers, students in teaching & learning process. As Chairman of the Learning & Technology Committee in our school developed policies, as a member in YWYC ICT Development Team developed policies for our foundation. introduced various LMSes like TalentLMS, Edmodo, Schoology etc.,

Participated in National level conferences, became resource person in the University for Intel Teach to The Future Program to train Educational Leaders, Principals & Teacher Educators. I was also involved in ICT Curriculum development for Teacher Education.

As Power School Administrator @ District Level. I Setup Power School for Yantai YewWah. During this process to help all the staff, I developed screencast presentations & recorded short audio & video demonstrations in various languages on various topics related to power school operations to simplify the common staff needs , uploaded in video sharing sites like YouTube & youku. I organized in systematic order and made it available in online I also attended Power School Asia Conference 2014.

I was member in many online educational professional development communities like TICAL (Online one stop portal for school administrators by school administrators), commonsense media, connected educators, TedEd, Khan’s Academy, Teachers First, Teachers pay teachers, classroom 2.0, EdWeb including leadership 3.0. And so on
