I've also been through situations where a new technology is thrown to me and I will have to learn and start supporting it quickly. When most of my friends took software development as their career path after college, I took systems and infrastructure because its my passion and I felt I can excel only if I like my work. Ever since my high school days, I have been tinkering around with computers, operating systems, gadgets. I still remember, I used to have 2 worn out computers and I tinker around with windows 2000 server's group policy. (an example of meddling around) :-) . Some of my hobbies are reading books, new technologies, gadgets, reading about history, swimming, watching movies.
With my core technical skills, I would like to take my career forward into service delivery and management.
