Ray Liu

Hi my name is Ray and I am the project consultant here at Position Property. Many moons ago I started my career as an accountant after getting my degrees in accountancy and business. Landed a role as a management accountant for a major firm in Brisbane, realising it was not lighting my fire. I went to Tony Robin’s signature event “Unleash the Power Within”, walked the fire and decided to change my career and move to the real estate industry.

Over the past few years, I’ve been in key roles within Queensland’s leading and fast growing real estate companies. My experience has ranged from residential land development sales consulting, residential apartments buildings development sales consulting, townhome project developments, Investment builders and High-end homebuilders cross southeast QLD.

I love all aspects of real estate business, however sales and marketing, and more specifically, consultancy of homeowners and investors alike enabling them to improve their current situation by securing their home for their family, or adding the right property to their current property portfolio growing their wealth. Having experience across different industries and sectors, as well as to be able to speak several different languages. I have the unique opportunity to able to connect with and communicate our message to our clients who come with different job industries and culture background.

When I’m not deep in reading and analytics, you can find me outdoors. I love being active, especially playing basketball with teammates on the weekend, hiking in the mountains with my girl friend, swimming in the ocean and also dreams to one day owning my own NBA basketball team, in particular the Chicago Bulls.
