Trying to ignore calls from tenants on the weekends is tough work. They are so persistent with their rubbish --- "the hot water doesn't work" or "the cold water is gray" --- I don't have time to listen to this whinging.

AND THEN they come to the office complaining. Look after you pay your fee and I rent you a flat that's it. We should never see each other again.
