Ray Allen

Ray Allen is a junior majoring in Journalism and minoring in Creative Writing at The University of Alabama. In Ray's two years in Journalism, he has contributed for numerous publications such as: The Crimson White, The Charger Times and The Valley Planet.Working the Art and Leisure and the Culture section, Ray has a primary focus in Entertainment but is also conditioned to cover breaking news.

With an aspiration for working for the New York Times and New York Magazine, Ray is a dedicated writer that aims to inform and entertain his readers.

When Ray is not writing entertainment articles, he can be found critiquing films and plays, as well as writing his relationship column. Ray also enjoys writing short fiction, and is currently writing his first manuscript.
