Possessing more than 25 years of experience in business, negotiations, and relationship development, Ray Culp III serves as the founder of Sonador Capital Partners, LLC. As the lead of this Brentwood, Tennessee-based firm, Culp offers a myriad of options to enhance revenue. The firm’s primary service involves identifying global properties that can produce a strong return on investment. This includes finding distressed and underdeveloped real estate from sellers looking to close a deal quickly. Additionally, Ray Culp III evaluates raw land and timber deals and is currently conducting due diligence for an investment in the whitetail deer breeding industry, a field that has grown significantly over the past decade.

Before starting Sonador Capital Partners, LLC, Culp attended Middle Tennessee State University, earning his bachelor of business administration. After working as a stockbroker and registered options principal for J.C. Bradford and Company, he enrolled at Nashville School of Law and acquired his Juris Doctor. While earning his degree, Ray Culp III served as a law clerk for The Honorable Muriel Robinson and as a claims adjuster for Graward General Companies. Moreover, he established Second Chance Farms, Inc., which bought and sold land, timber, and row crop operations.
