Ray Dalton

Professor of Philosophy and Theology, graduate of the Pontifical Universities of St. Patrick in Maynooth Ireland and of the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, Italy. Presently working on his doctoral dissertation in Psychology in the Universidad de Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Formed as psychotherapist in Ireland, England and Argentina – Logotherapist, Counsellor, Coach with post-graduate studies in Cognitive and Systemic Psychology as well as a masters in Analytical Psychology. He is Master Professional Coach in the Argentine Association for Professional Ontological Coaching, Master Coach in the International Federation for Professional Ontological Coaching, Professional Certified Coach in the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach. He has worked as Counsellor, Coach and Change Facilitator in Italy, Ireland, England, Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Spain and Argentina over the last twenty-nine years. He directs and teaches in his own institute, the Institute for Integral Studies and in various universities. He forms his clients in change management in private and public sectors, specializes in Integral Life Coachiing and enjoys giving conferences on a variety of change-management challenges.

Doctorando en Psicología en la Universidad de Palermo. Formado como Psicoterapeuta en Irlanda, Inglaterra y Argentina es Counselor, Coach, Logoterapeuta, Arteterapeuta con Master en Psicología Analítica y Consultor Filosófico (APPA). Studios de Postgrado en Psicología Sistémica y Cognitiva. Master Coach Profesional de la Asociación Argentina de Coaching Ontológico Profesional, MAster Coach Avalado de la Federación Internacional de Coaching Ontológico Profesional y Coach Certificado Profesional de la ICF. En Italia, Irlanda, Inglaterra y Argentina ha trabajado como Counselor, Coach y Facilitador en programas de desarrollo personal y social. Actualmente se desenvuelve en consultorio privado, como Director y Formador en su propio instituto el Instituto de Estudios Integrales, como docente universitario y asesora e interviene en procesos de cambio cultural en PYMES, empresas multinacionales y organizaciones gubernamentales. Es conferencista en múltiples congresos de Negocios, RRHH y Educación.
