Ray Grabanski is a North Dakota agriculture professional with extensive experience in the commodities marketing, risk management, and agricultural law sectors. Ray Grabanski has served as president and chief marketing analyst at Progressive Ag, one of the nation’s leading advisors for corn and soybean marketing, since founding the firm in 1992. Progressive Ag also serves wheat, sunflower, dry bean, canola, potato, and livestock farmers, in addition to offering crop insurance products through its insurance division, Progressive Ag Systems.
Mr. Grabanski also practices law within Progressive Ag’s legal division, Progressive Ag Law. He represents clients in a variety of cases involving general business, agricultural, environmental, probate, real estate, and business succession law, in addition to working alongside national partner firms on the Syngenta class action lawsuit.
An accomplished agricultural lawyer and marketing consultant, Ray Grabanski has leveraged his resources to assist a variety of organizations. His causes include the Kindred School District and its recreational programs; his alma mater, North Dakota State University, the University of North Dakota School of Law; and his local Lutheran Church. In 2015, Mr. Grabanski provided support to the Lutheran Church in the form of a $1.1 million pledge to the non-ELCA Lutheran seminary ILT.org, which will provide scholarships to aspiring church leaders over the next 10 years.
