Rayhaan Joseph

Well if asked that question, I'd probably say I'm a photographer first. My passions for design, art, experiencing life and forming bonds are what I believe define me, oh did I mention that I'm a bit of a romantic *heh* it's true. My close friends would note that those things are closely followed by my love for video games, the outdoors, a decent grilled cheese sandwich and Doctor Who. And I'd have to say, I agree with them.

Being an "artsy" child growing up, Graphic Design was my educational focus, but photography quickly became the medium that stuck with me all the way. For me, photography is all about storytelling and seeing the world the way each client sees it. I'll be honest, I've gotten waves of bliss, along with the groom, seeing the bride's face light up as they joined hands. And had a good laugh with mom during a portrait session as we watched her two year old maneuver the reflector.

When I'm not helping awesome people document memories, you can usually find me indulging in some alone time (i.e. sleeping or meditating), relaxing with loved ones, watching movies, going on random adventures or planning my next fantasy vacation.

My story is ever-evolving and I'm very grateful for the chapter I'm currently writing.
