Ray Johnson

My goal today is to add value to the commercial / residential real estate and territory management sectors; I am interested in project and property management as well as being open to territory management in a sales capacity.

I grew up near a small town in Saskatchewan, Canada. After receiving my degree in agriculture, I worked in that industry with corporations such as Monsanto, and The Royal Bank of Canada.

The time came in my life where I wanted to follow a passion; moving to Southern California to join the motorsports industry spending some years as a motorcycle racing mechanic for Yamaha.

Then, as a result of the economic meltdown; I had to switch gears; I was always interested in Real Estate. I immersed into the actions and lessons of buying houses, project managing house renovations, selling houses, and the additional experiences of property managing rentals, bringing many life skills.

Next, life events necessitated moves to the Mid-West, Canada, and back to Southern California.
While in the mid-west I used this chance to re-enter into the motorsports industry in a territory sales management role.

I went to Canada where the family business is located, due to my brother’s health failing. As Operations Manager there, my time was dedicated to participating and elevating the performance of the family business.

Upon the completion of my brother’s convalescence, my next opportunity presented itself for my return to California where I will be making my home and returning to the real estate or sales industries.
