Raymond has over 10 years' experience in management of Development Programs and Coordination of Relief and Emergency Operations in complex and challenging security zones in both Kenya and Ethiopia of which 6 years have been with reputable International NGOs. My expertise includes, program conception and proposal development, project management, leadership, negotiation and representation, human resource management, strategy implementation and security management. I have good knowledge of reporting and compliance standards for Institutional Donors specifically European Union, German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and Canadian Health Ministry through Grand Challenges Canada. I possess strong research and data analysis skills, information technology skills including, proficiency in WordPress, Database management and Microsoft Office Suite. I have very good command of English, Kiswahili and Arabic (Egyptian Dialect). I hold a BA in Social Work from Moi University and currently I am pursuing a MSc Degree in International Development. I have Certificates in Security Risk Management from Disaster Ready and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in Emergencies (MHPSS) from World Health Organization. All the Development Programs I have been involved in have been multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and collaborative in nature making me not only a team player but also enriched my leadership, negotiation, linkage and partnership skills.
