Raymond has over 28 years of experience in professional business development, marketing, and management.
Prior to joining Initial State, Raymond was the Chief Sales Officer for Verisys Corporation, a healthcare information technology company, where his primary responsibilities were to drive revenue as the key manager and executive of the sales team. Additional duties included development and execution of marketing and sales strategies.
Before joining Verisys Corporation, Raymond served the Background Screening division of Kroll Inc. as Senior Vice President of Business Development for 13 years.
During that time, Raymond acquired and managed some of Kroll’s most significant relationships. His ability to effectively address client needs and expectations resulted in some of the most successful engagements in the division’s history. He was instrumental in many significant developments, including expansion into international markets and also championed numerous technological innovations within the company.
Raymond holds a BS in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama.
