Raymond Blas

My name is Ray Blas, I am currently serving in the active Army as a First Sergeant for a logistics company. I am married (14yrs) and my wife and I have four wonderful children from ages 14 to 2yrs. Both my wife and I are from Guam, a small island in the Pacific Ocean, south of Japan, located in the Micronesia Islands. My family and I are currently stationed in Alaska. Our hobbies are hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing. Alaska is a beautiful place to live. We really enjoy moose and black bears walking in our front yard most mornings. My degree path is BA in Organizational Management, and I have about 24 classes more to go before in achieve my BA degree. I hope to achieve from this class is to increase the effectiveness of my communication skills. As a First Sergeant, we engage a lot of people, and nothing is more in-effective than bad communication skills. Very excited to start this new class and to work with everyone. Good luck everyone.
