With 30 years of experience, Raymond Bragar acts as an ally and problem-solver for his clients. With emphasis on real estate, insurance, and general litigation, Raymond Bragar serves as a partner and co-founder at Bragar Eagel & Squire. Since founding the firm, Bragar has obtained more than $27 million for his corporate and individual clients.

Prior to founding the firm in 1982, Bragar worked for multiple firms over the years, including Otterbough, Steindler, Houston & Rosen in addition to Rosenman & Colin, LLP. Prior to joining the latter firm, he worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Lloyd F. McMahon, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Raymond Bragar currently belongs to the litigation section of the American Bar Association in addition to memberships with the Federal Bar Council and the New York City Bar Association. He also serves as a member of the Civil Practice Law & Rules Committee for the New York State Bar Association. Bragar is permanently admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals Second and Fourth Circuits, as well as the District of Columbia Circuit. Bragar is also admitted to the Federal District Courts of the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.

Raymond Bragar earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1972. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, where he studied philosophy and graduated magna cum laude. He participated in the Phi Beta Kappa honor society as an undergraduate student.
