Raymond Gault

As senior vice president of insurance and estate planning at Capitas Financial in Sarasota, Florida, Raymond Gault works with estate planners and other financial professionals to identify solutions in issues regarding insurance, matters of estate, wealth transfers, and more. His responsibilities include training professionals in Florida, Illinois, and Georgia on how best to aid their clients. In addition, Raymond Gault designs legacy plans, leveraging his knowledge of complex insurance and finance laws in 10 states.

Prior to working with the Sarasota-based Capitas Financial, Mr. Gault worked with Smith Barney, now Morgan Stanley, as division manager for areas in the south and midwest. In this position, he earned consistent distinction as one of the company’s top five performers.

Mr. Gault has been featured in professional publications including Registered Representative and others; he has also been invited to speak at insurance and state planning events throughout the United States. Away from work, he dedicates himself to philanthropic activities and has previously served as the president of the Florida West Coast Chapter of the March of Dimes.
