Raymond Jarvis

Hi there. So a little bit 'about me'. I have worked in recruitment for the largest chunk of my professional career and have a real passion for driving up quality and standards within my industry, whilst developing talented young people that match my ethos and work ethic.
I’m an Associate Director for 4Social Work, a Market leading and award winning recruitment agency. We pride ourself as a business of understanding every inch of our sector, using that knowledge to facilitate the best candidates and clients meeting each other.
In my personal life I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, especially my beautiful new born niece. I enjoy the hustle and bustle of big cities, especially London (on my doorstep) and New York (a little further adrift).
When I’m not out in the city or spending quality time with those most important to me, I enjoy keeping active, playing sport and entering various challenges to raise money for the charities that are closest to my heart.

I aspire to be the most successful person that I can. At work I aim to do the best by my staff on a day to day basis, backing them 100% to reach their potential. At home I aspire to be an honest and reliable friend to those around me and one day a real family man.
