Raymond H. Lancaster

Raymond H. Lancaster is the visionary Founder of Lancaster International. Raymond's career as a successful entrepreneur began following his military service in the U.S. Army. Having been trained as a combat medic and evacuation specialist, and having fulfilled those duties in different locations throughout the world, he was subsequently recruited by several international investment banking and insurance companies, where he served as an executive travel assistant to senior management personnel working on foreign assignments within areas of the world where one may be concerned for their individual security.

In the early 1980's Raymond formed his own consultation company and served as a consultant to the insurance industry, where he became a trusted adviser to insurance company executives regarding venture capital and equity investments on an international basis.

Throughout his business career Raymond has surrounded himself with some of the most sought after professionals in the business world, who not only have professional educational training in their respective fields of expertise, but also have extensive experience in those given fields from a worldwide perspective.

Lancaster International is now actively involved in ownership and management of diverse businesses in the United States and abroad.
