I used to be invisible.

Literally.

Background performer. Behind the camera. In the wings.

Then I became obsessed with a question:

Why does someone who knows exactly what to do disappear when the pressure goes up — while somebody else becomes undeniable?

My laboratory was never particularly conventional.

Dance floors. Film sets. Live stages. Business events. 35 countries and counting.

And I spent 8 years sharing freedom, mischief, chaos and adventure with Baby Picasso — my exotic free-flight macaw and family.

Eventually I noticed the same damn pattern everywhere.

The strategy usually isn’t the problem.

The human being inside the strategy is.
