‎Raymond Oluwaferanmi is an Economics undergraduate at the University of Ibadan and a Global Ambassador and representative for several local and international initiatives, working with international youth and sustainable development networks, including global education and policy focused initiatives.
‎
‎ He is currently developing GEN-SHIFTERS, an initiative born from his founding and leadership of The Next Generation of Excellent Students (TNGX), through which he supported secondary school and undergraduate students with academic guidance, mindset development, and personal growth resources that improved learning outcomes and prepared them for long-term academic and career success.
‎GEN-SHIFTERS represents the next evolution of that work, a network designed to reform young people into intentional thinkers and purpose-driven leaders who challenge inherited limits, refuse default thinking, and build lasting impact across communities and institutions.

‎Raymond has demonstrated strong leadership across multiple initiatives. He served as a Team Leader in the Kectil Community Project, where he was formally recognized by the Kectil Program for exceptional leadership, coordination, commitment to youth empowerment and community transformation.
‎
‎In addition to leading student focused initiatives, he has contributed through academic tutoring, mentorship, and vast volunteering service, working closely with young people to build confidence, discipline, and purpose.
‎
‎Currently studying Economics, Raymond is building a strong foundation in economic analysis, development policy, and social impact, with long term aspirations of becoming an international economist focused on sustainable development and inclusive growth.
‎
‎Raymond believes education remains the most powerful tool for social mobility and national development when young people are equipped with the right mindset, guidance, and support systems.
‎
‎Raymond is open to speaking engagements, fellowship and internship opportunities in economics, strategy consulting, and international economic advisory, and collaborations centered on youth empowerment and pan-African development. He welcomes connections with institutions, policymakers, and organizations at the intersection of economic thought and generational change.
