Raymond Sjolseth

Raymond Sjolseth has founded or co-founded a number of companies in recent years including Seesmart, Inc. A skilled manager and team builder, Sjolseth has dedicated much of his energy to restoring manufacturing for Seesmart to the United States and maintaining a positive and supportive workplace. At Seesmart’s offices, for example, he has developed a comfortable and collaborative working environment, and, for his employees, he offers comprehensive health care coverage at no cost, flexible spending and life insurance. Raymond Sjolseth also encourages his staff to seek constant improvement as well as leadership roles within the company. His strengths include product development, engineering, marketing, business strategy and rapid growth infrastructure development.

Additionally, Sjolseth has significant experience with product design and development. Earlier in his career, he operated as a consultant for a large Ink and Toner company where he assisted the company in a number of areas. He built a state of the art 300,000 square foot production facility with automation, helped to streamline production, aided in tooling design, expanded the companies patent portfolio and created ways to update the company’s production methods.

Outside of his work as a product designer and manufacturer, Sjolseth continues to be active with building custom vehicles and racing. He also enjoys biking and hiking.
