Raymundo Rubiralta
With a degree in Psychology from the University of the Americas in Puebla and postgraduate studies in Transpersonal Psychology from the University of Naropa, Raymundo worked for several years within the clinical environment yet it is his humanist regard for the conditions of those around him that inspires his self-development efforts.
"I really enjoy being able to see trees from my office window. I realize how lucky I am for having a view of the park, which gets me thinking about how important it is to bring back quality into our lives, enjoy the simple things, observe our reactions, our work and be in touch with our inner world. During the last few months, I have focused on making sure that my values and intentions as well as my most mundane and sublime desires can coexist in every activity that I take part of. I refuse to have to work in order to live or to need a weekend or a party to truly have fun and enjoy life. I want to live with the knowledge that each moment and aspect of my life, every activity, is an opportunity to live better and to be congruent with what I feel and think."
