I'm Ray O'Connor, an L&D/Training professional for many years, and more recently an independent business adviser and consultant.

I specialise in helping individuals, teams and organisations play to their Strengths so they can bring more of their best to work to increase their productivity and business performance.

I also love how technology can further enable and enhance the learning experience, and how it touches our working and personal lives. I can help you 'Get Started' and create strategies that will anable you to capitalise and maximise these disruptive and innovative technologies.

This includes formal/informal learning, blended and social learning strategies, as well as social business tools to develop online communities.

But enough of the work stuff, Im also a proud Dad of two, Liverpool FC fan, and drummer. At weekends you may spot me donning lycra in various cycling guises.
