A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Ray Picard holds a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration in marketing. In 2013, Ray Picard joined San Jose-based Move Inc., overseeing strategic sales growth for brands such as realtor.com®, ListHub™, and Moving.com™. In addition to his work with realtor.com and other brands, he leads Move Inc. in offering software-as-a-service (SaaS) products such as Top Producer and TigerLead, both of which help realtors manage leads and increase productivity.
Previously, Mr. Picard served as vice president of Americas for the Information Intelligence Software Group at EMC Corporation, where he led his team to several quarters of growth in a challenging market. He also served as vice president of worldwide field operations at Hara Software. In addition, he spent more than a decade at Interwoven Inc., which started as a content management system provider and expanded to a full digital marketing platform.
Actively involved with local youth sports, Mr. Picard supports the Elite Clubs National League and Mogility Soccer training programs. He enjoys playing pickle ball and riding bikes in his free time.
