Hi! My name is Ray Alyssa Rothman.

I have been in real estate for over twenty five years. I came down to Atlanta from Va Beach and attended and graduated from Emory University in Atlanta with a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in both finance and marketing.

Shortly thereafter, I then went back to grad school at Georgia State University to get a Masters of Science in Real Estate.

I have been licensed real estate agent and broker in Georgia since 1986.

I am also a part of an elite group of real estate brokers who have earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, often referred to as a CCIM, demonstrating an exceptional level of knowledge and experience. In fact, only 15,000 of all commercial real estate practitioners hold this designation which encompasses graduate level certification.

From 1989 to 1994, I was a real estate consultant with the international accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche, in their Valuation and Realty Consulting Group in Atlanta, Georgia.

In 1994 when I ventured into the transaction side of the business, I joined a local development and brokerage for development company as an assistant to the President of the company. As a subsidiary of a financial institution, this company acts as principals in retail and residential development, and brokers land to third party developers. I then participated in a formal training program with a national real estate brokerage firm.

In December, 1995, I formed Rothman & Associates, Inc., a real property brokerage and advisory firm specializing in investment and land brokerage of properties mostly in the southeast to institutional, foreign and individual investors. Since founding Rothman & Associates, I had consistently been a member of Commercial Board of Realtors' Million Dollar Club from 1998 to 2004 until I took some time off to have and raise my three young children.

I have also worked in residential real estate as well, including leasing, buying and selling as well as managing rental properties for the last 15 years.

In June 2013 I joined The Kout Team of Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta. The Kout Team has been a top-producing team on the Atlanta real estate landscape since 1985.
