Currently, I lead the Talent Acquisition function at Synechron, overseeing recruitment across India, APAC, the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and the EMEA regions. Guiding a team of 100+ recruiters, I’m committed to aligning talent strategies with organizational growth, ensuring we attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Prior to Synechron, I led the Talent Acquisition Enablement function at BNY Mellon, managing Talent Sourcing, Market Intelligence, and Executive Hiring across India, APAC, and Australia. I spearheaded cutting-edge recruitment practices in industries like FinTech and Wealth Management, leading a team of 11 and helping the organization tap into new pools of talent.
What drives me is my passion for building world-class Centers of Excellence (COEs), whether it’s for emerging tech skills, diversity hiring, or strategic growth projects. I specialize in diversity hiring, from veterans and returning mothers to neurodiverse individuals, and I’m committed to creating inclusive hiring strategies that fuel business success.
