Razina Iman Du Toit
Student and Artist in Gauteng/Johannesburg
Hi, my name is Razina Iman Du Toit. I am a third-year student at the University of Johannesburg, born and raised in Gauteng, Johannesburg. My interests include, music, fitness, fashion, baking and art. I am developing my passion for teaching as my studies as well as student experience has opened broader perspectives. I firmly believe that knowledge is the greatest gift one can give to humanity and I am honoured to be in a field where I can captivate thinking.
I enjoy all genres of music. Catchy lyrics, beats and the diversity music displays intrigues me. Fitness has always played an important role in my life as health, physical and emotional well-being is a priority to me, exercising regularly assists with this. Only recently has fashion become an interest, it has become a part of my identity. I enjoy experimenting with clothing, pairing different items and styling the look of the day. I believe that when you look good, you feel good too. Although, baking is not an activity I do often, I enjoy the calmness it brings as I prepare treats for my family whilst listening to my favourite songs. Art is a passion I developed in high school, the visual art classroom was my favourite, now galleries are.
All my interests form a part of my identity. These are activities I engage in almost every day. The visuals and culture behind it have shaped me into who I am. I want to share my knowledge and continue to learn too.
