Raees Kamil Jan Baigal is Senior Auditor (IS+Financial), Basel II's coordinator& MIS In-Charge of the National Bank of Pakistan . A graduate of University of Central Punjab,R.K.J Baigalearned a Master's degree in Commerce with Double Specialization in Accounting and Finance. As a member of a family of financial planners, analysts and banking executives he has been dealing with money and related issues all his life. He has 7 Years'of experience of Finance and Accounts in his own Cable Network, Cellular & Service providing and Banking in Pakistan.As Management Trainee officer and Chenar Consultancy's Social+Young Entrepreneur& Financial Advisor have built a sound knowledge and updated version of Banks and Financial regulations, sound knowledge of pricing strategies, market analysis, financial forecast, budgeting,and variance analysis, Research, Mobilization and Marketing embedded with social objectives. He is Young, dynamic, goal oriented and proactive along with the ability to lead and motivate the team. In Past he has worked with rural & urban communities for Social Development and Women empowerment project that includes ,Baigal Welfare Organization, Baigal Academy for Educational Excellence, SEED, Self Helping Group, 3-W tailors, Best Price shop, Potato's Carwan, Creative Hand exhibition , Business expo cum Support drive with & 4 community, Community HR-Forum, Blogging and many others. In Disaster Management& Community development through Youth has started Yasin Mahraka(Social Group) which transformed into Ghizer Volunteer Movement and supported with food Items for 500 Hundreds families in local community in 2008's Flood disaster in GB. That was the first ever Civil Society &GB Youth respondedcamp in the history of Gilgit-Baltistan. Currently working on Gilgit-Baltistan volunteer movement (Humanity.Peace.Prosperity) with Slogan of "Connecting youth for positive change" & to bring wisdom, thought and creativity with 21th's centuries awareness in Youth from Disconnected domain of Rural Pakistan. Recently through GBVM (www.gbvm.org) and youth volunteers has provided custom & Clearance services, Logistic and distribution, Monitoring and Assessment for the Medical supplies (Mainly related to Child and Mother) worth Rs. 220 Million being donated by H.E Keith Martin to the neglected 5 District hospital of Gilgit-Baltistan.
