BRIEF

Ramnik Bansal is a senior faculty at the Art of Living. He is a B.Tech in Electrical engineering from IIT-Bombay and an MBA from IIM-Bangalore. His focus area is training and mentoring youth & working professionals in various life skills. He has conducted more than 400 workshops clocking 13,000+ training hours. He conducts various Art of Living programs: YES!+, Sahaj Samadhi Dhyan, Happiness Program, VTP and DSN among others. He also conducts advanced spreadsheets based training programs on Analysis & Decision-Making for working professionals globally and is an approved trainer for Johns Hopkins University USA. He gets invited to deliver inspirational talks on a variety of topics by premier institutes. He has impacted the lives of more than 25,000 youth through his workshops and sessions.

He has immense clarity of thought on topics widely ranging from youth issues like handling relationships; career & financial security; approach towards studies; dealing with parents to social issues like environment and service to the society. He has conducted Youth Empowerment Skills (YES!+) workshops in country’s prestigious institutes like IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Bangalore, IIT-Mumbai, IIT Roorkee, IIT Ropar, IISc- Bangalore, Punjab University, Thapar University as well as corporate houses like HLL & IBM to name a few. He has conducted Art of Living's Happiness Program workshops in Israel and Palestine, bringing a breath of fresh life to the war-struck people.

SOFTWARE PROFESSIONAL AND TRAINER

Ramnik was a software consultant with Citicorp and i2 Tech. His international exposure of working in Tokyo, Bahrain and London includes consulting for global business leaders like Citibank, Toshiba & Investcorp.
