Roger Bearss understands many students become competitive and want to dedicate themselves to performing their sport well. Roger Bearss encourages the hard working spirit but as an educator, Roger Bearss knows education is most important. Roger Bearss is a former athlete. He attended Central Michigan University on an athletic scholarship. He studied physical education for his Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in exercise science and body chemistry. He received his Masters of Arts in Educational Administration and Community Leadership from Central Michigan University in 1994.
