Raquel Benbunan-Fich
is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at Baruch College, City University of New York. She received her Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Rutgers University – Graduate School of Management. Her research areas include User Behavior and Multitasking, Virtual Teams and Virtual Collaboration, Social Computing, Ecommerce and Web Usability and Faculty Productivity. She has published articles in ACM Transactions on Human Computer-Interaction, CACM, Decision Support Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication, Information & Management, International Journal of Electronic Commerce, Journal of Strategic Information Systems and other journals. In 2011, she received the Sidney Lirtzman award for outstanding research, teaching and service at Baruch College Zicklin School of Business. In 2013, she received the Baruch College’s Presidential Excellence Award for Faculty Service.
