Raheem Bakhsh Maitlo was born on May 1, 1986 at district Khairpur, sindh. He got his early education in district Khairpur. Later on he persuaded his higher studies which includes Masters in economics and Masters in business administration (finance).
In order to serve the deprived segment of society he joined govt. of Pakistan as career diplomat by qualifying central superior services examination (CSS 2008). He served in the ministry of foreign affairs of Pakistan and led various diplomatic assignments to China, Kazakhstan and UAE. Presently, he has been serving as Assistant Commissioner.
