Rachel Carmichael

I was born and raised in a rural town in central Illinois. Although I have been surrounded by cornfields since childhood.... I have big dreams. From an early age music has been a part of my life. Family members entertained at home, church and other social gatherings. By the age of 15 I had attended my first concert. In 1999 I completed my Associates degree in Management/Marketing from a local Community College and I recently completed my Bachelor's degree at Full Sail University concentrating the Music Business.

I currently work as the Office Manager for H & R Block. With several months of time off annually I have had the opportunity to travel around the United States as well as abroad. There are many more places that I would love to go and numerous possibilities to explore.

I have been to well over 60 concerts. Of that, I have seen 311 perform over 40 times. Having gone to so many shows, I have had many opportunities to witness tour & venue personnel work together like well oiled machines. I want to be a part of that!
