DELIBERATIVE: I can anticipate obstacles. I have the ability to reduce risk and prevent problems. Often, I see things others do not. I am careful and I highlight risk to take control and reduce it. My integrity forces me to say what I mean and mean what I say. You can expect me to raise important issues. I am practical and responsible, always double-checking. I have a disciplined approach to work and a natural commitment to consistency.

2. How do I influence others?

ACTIVATOR: I can make things happen by turning thoughts into action. Once a decision is made I must act with enthusiasm and speed. I naturally see how to turn ideas into action. I am able to simply and objectively summarize key points. I might generate enthusiasm in people and transform innovative ideas into action. I can easily energize the plans and ideas of others. I possess an ability to create motion.

3. How do I build and nurture strong relationships?

HARMONY: I look for consensus because I don’t enjoy conflict. I seek areas of agreement to find the common ground. I try to bring others together because I love to help. I can enhance collaboration and quickly find a resolution. I have a reputation for being objective in my approach. I can think of methods to make tasks easier to perform. I appreciate people who do not quit in the middle of a project.

4. How do I absorb, think about and analyze information or situations?

ANALYTICAL: I search for reasons and causes. I have the ability to think about all factors that might affect a situation. I usually find root causes/effects and develop clear thoughts based on facts. I try to understand how certain patterns affect one another. I can provide valuable insights because I am able to uncover essential facts needed for excellence.
