Randy Clarke

W.R. "Randy" Clarke, CEO always had an entrepreneur spirit and his passion led him and founded independent record label Just Us Records. A native of Brooklyn, NY and now a resident of Alexandria, VA right outside of our nation's capital of Washington, DC. Mr. Clarke received his BS degree in Business Management from Southeastern University. His heart was seemingly always in entertainment especially in high school and throughout his days in college playing basketball. He always went to practice with his music tuned to his ears during which he instinctively began to buy an array of artist music to add to his vinyl collection.

Over the years with hard work and dedication, Mr. Clarke built and positioned Just Us Records for longevity. His focus is on the overall talent of an artist and their full marketing potential and brand. Just Us Records was not just created to house one style of music but to present to the industry a new label brand with different genre's of music with broad artist market appeal and talent. He feels today his journey in the music industry will succeed in time due to his commitment to build reliable networking resources and continued belief in his ability to find and develop talent knowing that staying dedicated to your passion and having patience is what remains important.

Mr. Clarke has worked with and developed a number of artists over the years, starting with a young hip hop group called "DaFam" straight out of his community Alexandria, VA. They received some recognition in the industry however it taught him that staying determined, creative, and passionate success in the music industry can possibly be obtained. As a complete visionary he wants to help make his contribution to the industry that is now evolving, by creating freshness and quality in the music areas of Hip-Hop/Rap, R&B, Pop, Alternative, Rock and Reggae. His goal is to be known as one of the next up and coming independent labels of the future with a strong brand, quality music and hits, and one that helps artists develop their gift and empower musician's and producers to develop their craft.

A passion for great music and a business model that will be sustainable for years to come. It has been a long sacrifice however Mr. Clarke and Just Us Records have arrived and will remain because he believes that "Success Is A Journey, Not A Destination".
