R. Sean Conklin

Currently working towards a Bachelor's in Sociology, I am hoping to get into non-profit or educational work after school. My classes so far center around Queer and Gender Studies. I am also a very creative person, and I have taken a couple pencil and charcoal drawing classes in and out of Arcadia over the past few years. My freshman year I studied abroad in Scotland, and took the picture above during my trip to Dublin, Ireland. At the end of the 2016 spring semester I completed an internship at Edison/Fareira High School as an AVID Tutor who worked with the GEAR UP grant office, and drafted a grant for a Service Learning Office that would help students complete their community service requirements to graduate and better the North Philadelphia community.
