Rob Connor
Educator and Head of School in Trenton, New Jersey
Rob is the co-founding Head of the Christina Seix Academy (CSA). More than a school, CSA is a community-centered network of services organized to challenge the forces driving poverty. Through an advanced Pre-K-8th grade educational experience, social capital development, and family empowerment, CSA provides students and families with the tools and networks necessary for long-term, intergenerational mobility.
Rob has contributed to several educational publications and has devoted his professional career to advocacy, access, and opportunity for underrepresented students and families. He's served as a Harber Fellow of Educational Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Wesleyan University and proudly serves as a Trustee of the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation; Centurion, one of the country’s oldest nonprofits, focused on the vindication of the wrongly convicted; The New Jersey Associaton of Independent Schools, and The Watershed Institute.
Rob holds a PhD. in Educational Policy and Management from the University of Pennsylvania and is a proud graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia.
