Radhika Satheesh

To draw a parallel with my mom’s profession who is a veteran English teacher with great ethics- I grew up in my career from an enthusiastic associate to a strong trainer in The Learning and Development team who focuses on experimenting various adult learning techniques to improve training impact and create everlasting experiences for the learners.

Throughout my career, I had opportunities to handle multifaceted roles like classroom training, on the job training, induction training, performance management, content development, team management, customer service, behavioral training, coaching & feedback sessions.

During my spare time, I love cooking authentic Indian dishes. Taking good care of my little garden and my indoor plants give me a lot of happiness. I also try and make some time during weekends to do voluntary work for Karunashrya (A cancer palliative care center)

‘I yearn to learn’ and that is my biggest motivator in life! Introspection and taking feedback positively and working on it is something that I strongly believe in.
