Hello Everyone! I am a Life-Long Resident of Jacksonville Florida and work as a Real Estate Professional assisting Buyers and Sellers with Real Estate transactions. I have watched this City go through many changes over the years and have to say we get better and better. The New I-295 Loop has greatly improved our City's transit system. We are the largest land mass in the US and this new addition provides ease of travel to all parts of Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

Our Beaches have gone through a dramatic change over the last 10 years with many new High-Rise Oceanfront and Oceanview condos being built. The City of Jacksonville Beach is in the process of improving the Downtown area with new Brick Pavers and Palm Trees along 1st Street. New Businesses and Restaurants have been opening as well.
