Wendy Spain

I have worked since the age of 15. I've learned valuable lessons from each experience and every challenge along the way. The feeling of accomplishment has always made me happy. My job experiences over the past 17 years have included working with the public, teaching and sales. From Busch Gardens Williamsburg, to Riverside Wellness and Fitness Center, a little retail here and there and of course selling real estate. I began my real estate career in April of 2006, taking the position as Transaction Coordinator for a team of five agents. I was able to learn the entire process of a Real Estate transaction from listing, to contract, to close. My goal was to be prepared entirely to handle every aspect of the business by myself. Since then I have gone through Real Estate School as well as post-licensing educational classes. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a REALTOR for the last 4 years and building so many memorable relationships. I love what I do and it shows through my work.
