A long-time distance runner, I learned at an early age the importance of goals and a plan (my first goal was to run a mile in less than 5 minutes. I accomplished this at age 13).

Over the course of my 30-year career I have been blessed to learn many things. Through teaching, writing, coaching and mentoring, I intend to spend the rest of the time God sees fit to use me sharing my experience to the benefit and profit of others.
