With experience in multiple industries and a multitude of training certifications from NYU and others, I am a pioneer and nationally recognized expert on Learning Management Systems, online learning, sales and management training, field force technology and advanced adult learning principles. My cutting edge ideas have garnered me 7 patents in the Customer Relationship Management space, an International Gold Award from the Medical Marketing Association for Multimedia Training, and sold out speaking engagements all across the country.

I have worked extensively in the sales training and online learning arena in the U.S. as well as in Germany, Japan, China, Great Britain and Canada.
