Matthew Silva has been a top selling real estate agent since 2003. Starting as a buyer's agent he learned quickly how to find the best deals on the market. Within 1 year he was investing in real estate and even obtained his general B contractors license (currently inactive) to better serve his clients. With his experience he advises his clients on cost of repairs and what homes to avoid saving them money and from major problems.

In 2006 Matthew Silva became Manager of Homestead GMAC Real Estate in La Palma and was trained in management and finance. Now, learning how to recruit and manage agents plus how do home loans and refinancing. This gave him a trifecta of real estate knowledge to service his clients better.

In 2010 he decided to open his own company PROLIFIC REAL ESTATE where he currently offers his unique skills and experience for professionals who need more than the average agent has to offer.
