RealTime Labs (RTL)is the only clinical laboratory certified by CAP and CLIA to perform mycotoxintesting on humans. The test uses humanurine and we perform an ELISA test to determine the presence or absence of 15of the most toxic mycotoxins. The testsare generally ordered and given to the patient during an office visit. To date, more than 100,000 tests have beenperformed and our provider base is over 2000 physicians. Some states (25) allow for the consumer toorder the test directly, so we have an e-commerce portal on our web for DirectAccess Testing (DAT) orders. We can alsotest household dust for the presence of the same 15 mycotoxins and part of ourbusiness is sales to environmental inspectors. Mycotoxins can be extremelydangerous and many people suffer a variety of medical conditions from exposureto toxic mold.
